PLEASE READ
All tinting & brow lamination require a patch test for new clients BEFORE you can have the treatment. Please use the booking system to book a patch test for these. contact me personally if you have any questions about this. Please schedule this in before your appointment date. Failure to do this may result in you being turned away at your tint or lamination appointment and you’ll lose your booking fee. It is a legal requirement to carry out a patch test for new clients.
DISSOLVE
You don’t need to book a patch test for dissolve as this is done during your appointment.
BOOKING FEES
50% is required upon booking and is non-refundable or transferable. If you wish to rearrange your appointment you must do so 24h before your appointment or you will loose your booking fee (deposit) cancellations on the day of your booking will result in losing your booking fee.
NO SHOWS
If you fail to attend your booking you will not be refunded your booking fee and will be asked to pay in full for future bookings.
LATENESS
If you are more than 10 mins late we will not be able to see you and you will lose your booking fee.
CONSULTATIONS
There is a fee of £10 for consultations, this is dedicated from your treatment fee if you choose to book. If you do not book this is not refunded.
